Alpha Environment starts its process with byproducts from chicken, goat, camel, beef and other edible animal processing facilities, as well as trimmings sourced from supermarket butcher departments and expired meat products from grocery stores.
By employing our proprietary rendering process, we extract animal fat from these substances. The extracted fat undergoes multiple finishing procedures to yield a superior quality by product.
These fats serve a dual purposes as they can be utilized independently as a final product or combined with various fats and oils to create our premium yellow grease. Alpha Environment actively gathers and refines used cooking oil from restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the region. This collected cooking oil undergoes a meticulous processing method to eliminate debris, fines, and impurities before undergoing thorough quality control testing. The refined oils are marketed both as used cooking oil and are mixed with animal fat to produce high-quality yellow grease.
